FEES & TERMS
Fees for Services vary according to the complexity, length of contract and requirements of the client.  As the requirements of each project are unique, it is impossible to quote exact fees on a website.  Below are listed some general guidelines useful in estimating costs associated with a given project.  Design Development will always strive to provide the required services in the most economical and efficient manner possible.  Estimates can be provided in advance for any project based on an hourly, fixed price or hourly not to exceed method.

Terms for payment should be agreed in advance.  Purchase orders are accepted and net 15 or net 30 terms are given to established clients.  Extraordinary expenses for travel or out-of-pocket are billed on a straight through basis.  Sensitive security services may require an advance retainer.

Initial consultations are free and last an average of 1 to 2 hours based on the complexity of the project.  Please feel free to call or email us regarding an initial consultation or a project quote.

  • Exchange and Email Services (Installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, security and configuration)
        $90-125/hr.
  • Security consulting, evaluations, auditing, HIPAA and SOx compliance, disaster planning and implementations, continuation of business planning and implementation.
        $90-150/hr.
  • Wide Area Networks, wireless integration, remote access and communications, telecommuting and remote offices.
        $75-125/hr.
  • Integrated Network Management, remote management, 24/7 monitoring and support, on call troubleshooting.
        $75/hr. plus monthly retainer (negotiated)
  • Office productivity and application integration, server installs, shared resources and data flow.
        $75-100/hr.
  • Sensitive security monitoring, forensics, recovery, investigations and consulting.
        $150-300/hr. plus expenses
